Sinem Sencer Selen, LL.M.

Sencer Selen graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and holds a master’s degree in Economic Law from Bilgi University. Bringing extensive expertise in commercial law, labor law, insurance law, automotive and leasing law, and contract law across multiple industries, Sencer Selen has been an integral part of Universal Law & Consultancy for over a decade. Throughout this time, Selen has delivered comprehensive legal services, including consultancy, litigation, dispute resolution, team management and reporting, addressing client inquiries and requests, legal risk assessment and management, supervising litigation processes, and conducting tailored training sessions for client company employees.

Saliha Uzak

Uzak, a Marmara University Faculty of Law graduate, specializes in commercial law and labor law and brings nearly 25 years of industry and leadership experience in corporate and mass receivables management. As the Head of the Corporate Collections Unit at our firm, Uzak oversees a receivables portfolio exceeding 30,000 cases, ensuring efficient and effective management. Beyond overseeing portfolio analysis, reporting, and collection processes, Uzak leads administrative collection, legal collection, intelligence, operations, and court teams. This includes training, evaluating, and supervising teams in persuasion strategies, regulatory frameworks, data protection, and ethical standards, driving both operational efficiency and legal compliance at every level.

Selen Süsler Hacıoğlu

A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Süsler focuses on corporate law, labor law, commercial and e-commerce law, contract law, insurance law, and automotive law. Süsler offers a broad range of services, including addressing legal inquiries from client companies, ensuring regulatory compliance in corporate activities and commercial dealings, managing legal risks, supervising and handling litigation related to disputes, preparing legal reports, and providing training to client company employees. Süsler is a key member of our Consultancy and Litigation Department.

Huriye Coşan

A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Coşan specializes primarily in corporate law, labor law, commercial and e-commerce law, contract law, insurance law, and automotive law. Coşan provides a range of services, including responding to client companies’ legal inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance in corporate operations and commercial relationships, managing legal risks, overseeing and managing litigation processes related to disputes, preparing legal reports, and conducting training sessions for client company employees. Coşan is an integral member of our Consultancy and Litigation Department.

Birce Aksakal Yılmazer

Aksakal Yılmazer, a graduate of Kadir Has University Faculty of Law, provides legal consultancy with a primary focus on data protection, corporate ethics and compliance, e-commerce law, advertising law, information technologies, health law, and health technologies. She advises clients on the execution of data protection and compliance projects, ethical governance, and regulatory alignment across a board range of sectors, including automotive, leasing, retail, e-commerce, and financial technologies. Her expertise further encompasses legal risk management related to e-commerce, advertising, and IT law. Aksakal Yılmazer delivers preventive legal consultancy to support regulatory compliance and brings extensive experience in cultivating corporate compliance culture, monitoring compliance processes, and designing and implementing targeted training programs. She continues her academic work in the area of data protection within health technologies.

Buket Altun Erol

Altun Erol graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and primarily practices in the areas of corporate law, labor law, commercial and e-commerce law, contract law, insurance law, and automotive law. She provides legal services including responding to client companies’ legal inquiries, ensuring compliance of corporate activities and commercial relationships with applicable legislation, managing legal risks, monitoring and conducting litigation processes related to disputes, preparing legal reports, and delivering training to client company employees. Altun Erol serves in the Consultancy and Litigation Department of our firm.

Deniz Demir, LL.M.

Demir graduated from MEF University Faculty of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from MEF University. In addition to his expertise in commercial and labor law, he primarily practices in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. He provides services including responding to client companies’ legal inquiries, conducting legal debt collection and asset investigations, managing enforcement proceedings, and delivering training on legislation, data protection, and ethical standards. Demir serves in the Corporate Enforcement Department of our firm.

Elif İlayda Aktaş

A graduate of Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Law, Aktaş specializes primarily in corporate law, labor law, commercial and e-commerce law, contract law, insurance law, and automotive law. Aktaş plays an integral role in responding to client companies’ legal inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance in corporate operations and commercial relationships, managing legal risks, and overseeing the litigation and mediation processes related to disputes. Additionally, Aktaş is responsible for reporting and providing training to client company employees. Aktaş serves in the Consultancy and Litigation Department at our office.

Elif Nur Konyar

Konyar graduated from Kültür University Faculty of Law and completed a double major in Economics. She primarily practices in the areas of corporate law, labor law, commercial and e-commerce law, contract law, insurance law, and automotive law. She provides legal services including responding to client companies’ legal inquiries, ensuring compliance of corporate activities and commercial relationships with applicable legislation, managing legal risks, monitoring and conducting litigation processes related to disputes, preparing legal reports, and delivering training to client company employees. Konyar serves in the Consultancy and Litigation Department of our firm.

Ezgi Büyüksolak Şahin

Ümit Arslan

Arslan, who graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University, has over 15 years of experience in the collection and follow-up processes of outstanding receivables in the legal sector. For the past 7 years, Arslan has been managing research, settlement, enforcement, and collection operations related to the receivables arising from the commercial activities of companies for which Universal Law & Consultancy provides consultancy services, as well as the enforcement processes of judgments arising from lawsuits.
