Amendment to the Regulation on Amending the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Issuance, Collection, and Follow-Up of Traffic Administrative Fine Decision Reports
With the amendment made to Article 14 of the “Regulation on Amending the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Issuance, Collection, and Follow-Up of Traffic Administrative Fine Decision Reports”, published in the Official Gazette dated January 31, 2024, the discount rate applied for the early payment of traffic fines, previously set at one-fourth (1/4), has been changed to 25%. Additionally, the early payment period, previously specified as 15 days, has been extended to 1 month from the date of notification of the fine.
